There is no effective tool than empowerment of women for the development of a society. Within her, there is full power to create and transform, she is like a full circle. The main motto of this chapter is to empower women engineers and to enhance their talents and build their capabilities technically and non-technically too. Because women are no less than men in any domain in this present growing world and an empowered woman is powerful beyond measure. The chapter is being led by a team of technology enthusiasts from both teaching and women student fraternity. Women are the real architects of the society and we should not rely on the success of other women but have to be the part of the change and attain success.
